Getting money in
- Deposits are handled by a third-party payment processor that maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never receive or store your card number or CVV.
- Adding funds buys credit for entering matches. That credit is not itself something you can cash out, and it holds no value outside the app.
- Minimum $10, maximum $10,000 per transaction. Large or rapid deposits may trigger a security review.
- If a charge looks wrong, contact us before your bank. A chargeback raised without contacting support first ends the account and forfeits the balance.
Getting money out
- Only your winnings — cash won in matches — are eligible for payout.
- A one-time identity check is required before your first withdrawal.
- Payouts go by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, to an account in your own verified name.
- Minimum $10, maximum $1,000 per request.
- Withdrawals are reviewed by hand and are not instant. We do not promise instant cash-out, and we will not pretend the review step does not exist.
The identity check
Required once, before your first withdrawal. It supports our anti-money-laundering and anti-fraud obligations.
What we ask for
A government-issued photo ID and a selfie, with a liveness check.

Applicable sanctions and watchlists, as part of our AML obligations.
What we do not ask for
We do not request proof of address.
Tax paperwork
We may need an IRS Form W-9, or W-8BEN for non-US persons, before a payout. Where your withdrawals in a calendar year reach the IRS reporting threshold (currently $600) we may issue a Form 1099.
If verification fails
You have a limited number of attempts; repeated failures can temporarily lock verification. Contact support from Settings in the app.

Why is my withdrawal not instant?
Because a person reviews it. Payouts are processed manually by our operations team, which is slower than an automated rail but is how we catch fraud and laundering before money leaves.
First payouts, and payouts requested shortly after a deposit, may take additional review.
Can I withdraw money I deposited?
No. Deposited funds buy credit for entering matches, which is non-refundable and cannot be cashed out. Only your winnings can be paid out.
This is stated in Section 7 of the Terms, and it is the single thing most worth understanding before you deposit.
Why does the payout account have to be in my name?
Anti-money-laundering rules. The name on your payout account must match your verified identity or we may decline the payout.
What happens if I raise a chargeback?
Contact us first — most issues are a support ticket, not a dispute. A chargeback filed without contacting support results in immediate termination, a permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
Are there fees?
Entry fees and prizes are shown before you enter a match. Payment processors may apply their own charges at checkout, which are displayed at the point of payment before you confirm.
