Before you deposit

What it does
Paid features are closed off for your account: no deposits and no paid match entry.
Your balance
You can still request a payout of eligible winnings while excluded.
Practice mode
Remains available, because it carries no stake.
Reversing it
Contact support. We will not lift an exclusion immediately on request — that is the point of having one.
Limits we already enforce
Deposit ceiling
$10,000 maximum per transaction, and we may impose additional per-user or per-period limits at our discretion.
Withdrawal ceiling
$1,000 maximum per request.
Age floor
18+ for any paid feature, with date of birth confirmed at identity verification.
Geographic limits
Paid play blocked in 14 states, enforced server-side and fail-closed. See the list →
Deposit-and-run controls
We may hold or decline a withdrawal where we see depositing followed immediately by a withdrawal request without meaningful competitive play.
