Where you can play
Paid play is offered to United States residents, in states where paid skill contests are lawful. Free Practice mode is available everywhere.
Paid play is not available in these 14 states
This list may change as the legal position develops. The list in force at the time you play is the one that governs.
Free Practice mode remains available in every state, and regardless of whether you are eligible for paid play. You can also create an account and withdraw an existing balance from anywhere — the restriction is on entering paid matches.

Age and identity
18 or over
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater, to create an account or enter any paid match. Your date of birth is confirmed during the identity check before your first withdrawal.
One verified person
One account per person. Identity verification before your first withdrawal ties the payout to a single verified individual, and the name on the payout account must match.
